Our doctorates have been extraordinarily successful in finding academic employment. During approximately the last 10 years, 76 percent of our doctorates have received tenure-track employment (far above the national average), and 95 percent of our doctorates have received either tenure-track or non-tenure track employment.
Recent graduates have been hired at Cornell University, Georgetown University, University of California at Irvine, Harvard University, University of Missouri at Columbia, the Pratt Institute, Rutgers University, University of Toledo, Jadavpur University, University of Nebraska at Lincoln, Florida Atlantic University, Tel Aviv University, Tulane University, University of Massachusetts at Amherst, William and Mary College, Bowdoin College, Institute of European Studies in Paris, Temple University, and at a number of other institutions.
