Adam Hebert

Adam Hebert is a Visiting Lecturer in Film and Media Studies at the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned his PhD. He holds an MA in Film Studies from NC State University and has formal training in Cinematography (BA, Emerson College). Prior to graduate study he worked in Hollywood as part of camera teams and as a Pre-mastering Technician in Technicolor’s Digital Content Delivery division. His research interests include sports media, the history of cinematography, and media archaeology. His work has been published in The Cine-Files and The Velvet Light Trap.
