David Riedel
- Graduate Student, MFA Writing - Nonfiction
Born and educated in Bosler, Wyoming, David Riedel is a University of Pittsburgh graduate student whose writing often examines the liminality of liminal spaces, the boundaries of mobility absence, and multigenerational abjectness inside this strange, frightening world we all inhabit. In 2021, he won the Torry Award for his novella submission “Terrestrial Issues,” and his short stories and essays can be found in The Worm Moon Archives and elsewhere.
